Pink bag - mark II
So here is a couple of piccies of the second pink bag I am making for my older step daughter.
I have put some stitching on this one. Handles have been purchased and will be added this weekend along with the lining. Running out of time before Christmas, luckily it's all the rest is done, bar the wrapping.

Jo these colours are lovely together, did you choose them yourself or were they a set of FQs? I need to learn the colour thing!
The fabrics were done by my mother many years ago at a 'graduated dye' workshop. Sorry that is all I know. Don't know how it's done or anything.She did the blues, from my Blu Blok quilt at the same time. I have also found a fantastic local lady who does this kind of thing and you get 10 shades of the same colour for $10. I used her emerald green on one of my spiral totes. I think the diff shades of the same colour are quite effective, especially in CQ.

ps I don't know what FQ's are ?! oh hang on, Fat Quarters. No they weren't as big as FQs
