Joma's Block
I have only worked on one of Joma's blocks, the rectangular block.
On this block I chose to do a branch of wistaria. Worked in French knots with variegated mauve thread for the flowers , Edmar glory for the leaves using detached chainstitch for the leaves and stem stitch for the leaf bracts and and chain stitch to create the branch using DMC cotton. I also worked on one seam doing a leafy trail and two bright yellow flowers with red centres. This is shaping up to be a real flowery treat.

I DO like your wisteria Hope.
Did you use Edmar for the flowers ?(they seem to have the Edmar sheen!)
Am looking forward to seeing the block in 'real life'.

No I used a DMC thread that I have had for years, didn't have any Edmar in that colour at the time I was working.
