Wall hanging "beside the sea at Hervey Bay", not exactly cq but made up of different bits of material. This was a challenge at my Quilters Club, and a lot of fun to make. Margaret

I saw the sea;the embellishments with the shells; LOVE the rocks (are they Trapunto?)
Remember: there are NO quilt police in CQ! VBG

Some rocks are made "suffolk Puffs" style , some are just bits of material done over with freehand stitches, sort of making pebbles ( stitch round and round a few times. The top left corner is the night sky with Bats flying over. Right bottom bit is the best I think with the walking track and that special lady and pram. I was quite pleased with the grass there made with one of the bits of material we had to use in the project. Behind the track I did somehighrise buildings that worked out O.K. Overal I was pleased, but did toomuch rocks. Margaret
